The reason this photo is so spectacular is because it was witnessed in the same year as
the saucers over Washington DC event in July of 1952.

Another reason the year 1952 is so significant, is also because it's the same year as
T Townsend Brown's discovery of electro-gravitic's. I believe the reason Brown's work went deep BLACK, was due to the rise in Saucer sighting's of the same year.
