Former Pentagon "UFO office" director Sean Kirkpatrick's final UFO report will probably be released to the public "before the State of the Union March 7".

Kirkpatrick's long-anticipated AARO report will supposedly include an analysis of UFO cases dating back to the 1940s, including Roswell.
